BREATH

Stop, pause and take a few conscious breaths.

 

Without rushing, notice every single breath from the beginning to the end. Notice the subtle movements in your body that every breath creates.

Even without closing your eyes.

While waiting for your coffee, before a meeting or in a stressful moment.

 

Every time you tune into your body, you bring awareness back into the moment. With practice you will get a better understanding of your emotions and thoughts. This will allow you to choose your actions with presence.
