RESILIENT MIND is a three-part interactive programme to develop self-awareness, interrupt reactions and learn skilful ways to respond to challenges, allowing resilience to grow and build sustainable well-being.
An introduction to mindfulness-based practices to improve habits, energy and creativity to allow us to thrive, and have the capacity to bounce back from adversity
Experiential sessions, that include discussions, exercises and practical tools to improve focus, self-awareness and resilience
Participants will receive takeaway practices and journaling prompts for self-reflection and deeper learning
