Why choose coaching? 

Coaching is about what is important to you.  It's a way of thinking and being that is relevant to how we deal with challenges, feel motivated, relate to others, plan, generate ideas and so many other everyday interactions. A coach provides space and structure for the reflection that is necessary for learning and growth and will help you understand what your values are and where your actions diverge from your values or stated goals. A good coach can help you reconnect with what you love about your life and your work. It can be particularly useful when you are going through changes such as starting a new role, moving to a new city or dealing with a stressful situation.  It can also be fundamental when you are feeling stuck, confused, overwhelmed or just in need of some time out to take stock and catch up with yourself.

And walking outdoors? 


The environment has a massive impact on how you feel and can be  a great source of inspiration.

A bit of fresh air and a change of scenery does miracles.

Walking also brings in a sense of movement, when we physically move we are not only shifting our bodies but also our minds. This openness and space created by being out in a natural environment has been proven to have a positive effect on our creative thinking and overall well being.

There are many creative people who talk of walking as their favorite source of creativity. 


In combination with coaching you will be able to get a deeper sense of awareness, gain a new perspective, come up with ideas and start moving towards taking the next step.

I combine mindfulness based emotional intelligence and organisational coaching as a holistic approach that brings clarity, direction, and positive support.

I draw on my 20 year corporate experience in the global financial industry, mindfulness training and practices to help leaders, business owners, entrepreneurs to find the right resilient resources to manage stress, improve focus, self-awareness and performance to create a positive shift.
